What is your dream job?

When I am older I am 95% sure I will be a teacher.  But, my dream job would have to do with beauty.  I would love to be a hairdresser or make-up artist etc.  I always wanted to be a doctor but I wanted to be a doctor so bad so I would make a lot of money.  I have also wanted to be a hairdresser and teacher.  So, I have came to a compromise- I will probably become a teacher which is a job I'd like and an average amount of money.  It is better income than a hairdresser but less than a doctor (I'll enjoy it more than being a doctor though!) 

Expectations and Hopes.

What do your parents expect/hope for your future? Is this your expectation/hope also?

-Ever since I can remember, my dad has wanted me to be a doctor.  Mainly for the reason so I can make a lot of money.  They have always told me that I should definitely get a job that makes a lot of money cause i'll need it and I know that they want me to share it with them! Still to this day when I talk about jobs with my father he tells me that I should definitely look into the income.  His dream would be for me to become a doctor.  I want to be a special education teacher when I am older so I will probably get an average income.  That doesn't bother me though because I will be very happy with my job.  Overall, I wont completely fulfill the expectations of my parents but I know seeing me happy will make them happy.

Job I love or job with lots of money?

I would rather have a job that I loved over a job with lots of money.  If I had a job that made a lot of money but hated, I don't think it would even out.  I would have to do something everyday that I didn't like and it would take up most of my day.  I don't believe that happiness can really come from money so I think I would be upset most of the time.  If I had a job I loved I would be very happy so what would I need a lot of money for?
